Shaini Nanayakkara

I am a doctoral student at the University of Texas at Austin, advised by Dr. Earl Huff. My research focuses on leveraging Human-Centered Computing to design context-aware systems that dynamically adapt to users' cognitive states through behavioral data analysis, employing Explainable AI (XAI) to ensure transparency and trust. With a software engineering industry background, I am interested in researching adaptive and personalized systems that enhance user experiences in domains such as education, utilizing a mixed-methods approach.
